Protect Our Elders
Taking care of our mental health never stops no matter how old you are! To live healthy lives we must care and tend to our selves in all stages of life. In our AAPI communities, our elders play an important role in our daily lives. From our elders feeding us to our way of honoring our ancestors, our elders are important people within our communities!
